Koshary Kitchen brings a new Egyptian eating experience to Croydon
Chef Ramy Abdelrehim opens a brand-new street food concept this weekend celebrating Egypt’s crowning dish - Koshary, a bowl of rice and lentils topped with tomato sauce, chickpeas and fried onions.
Koshary Kitchen is located at BOXPark Croydon and offers the ultimate soul food for casual dining. Customers build their own Koshary bowl from a base of healthy grains and rice, a meat, fish or plant-based protein and top it off with a range of tangy, hot and classic sauce options.
Chef Ramy says Koshary Kitchen will unleash a brand-new Egyptian eating experience for Londoners to lift their spirit, awaken their taste buds and fill their bowl with healthy, happy and comforting food.
Ramy and his Norwegian wife Marit open Koshary Kitchen on Saturday 1st August from 10am. The unit based in BOXPark, beside East Croydon station, will open daily from 10am – 10pm.
