Photography Exhibition celebrates 25 years of women’s ordination
Photographer Jim Grover returns to Fairfield Halls with his exhibition "Here Am I" which documents, through words and images, stories about people and their communities which are often untold and unseen.
Here Am I is a new exhibition which gives a unique and intimate insight into the daily lives and work of twelve Church of England female priests.
Commissioned by the Bishop of Southwark, the work celebrate 25 years of women’s ordination and consists of over 50 black and white images. It will be on display in the foyer at Fairfield Halls for three months until April 2020.
Jim Grover is well known for his photographs capturing London life. His exhibition "Windrush: Portrait of a Generation" has only just ended at Fairfield Halls. This new exhibition is a must see for fans of Grover's social-documentary photography.
