The Bridge House Theatre launches its inaugural season
The Bridge House Theatre launches its first season under the artistic direction of Luke Adamson supported by Joseph Lindoe and their literary team.
The season features new writing, comedy, verbatim theatre, a month of female led work and culminates in repertory pantomime .
A day long comedy festival comprising 14 individual acts on the 29th August opens this first season of productions, lasting til the end of year.
Theatre performances start with RELAUNCHED a showcase of what the revamped theatre will be offering. Featuring performances from local actors, the Bridge House team, as well as snippets of upcoming shows, each night will be a different blend of comedy, drama and song.
There's something for everyone at the relaunched venue just across the borough border in Penge. And don't forget the Bridge House pub itself, home of the theatre. It's an expansive and stylish pub serving a great selection of beers, food and snacks. Check out their fab Sunday menu, the home of delicious roasts.
The full programme of a dozen or more new shows at The Bridge House Theatre can be found at https://thebridgehousetheatre.co.uk/current-shows/
